Our payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the period you have paid for. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within a reasonable time and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where appropriate.
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the refund policy (for example repeated refund requests on new accounts), or violation of our Terms of Service.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the EU/UK right of withdrawal where applicable. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
